Roaster Notes: This peru coffee is really bright and vibrant in the cup - bright, with notes of chocolate tart as an espresso / milk based. As a filter, the citrusy "zing" comes through with the lemon and raspberry notes.

Esther Sampertegui is a coffee producer residing in Santa María, a community within the Jaén district and province of the Cajamarca department in Peru. This region, situated at an altitude of 1700 m.a.s.l, boasts a cold climate with strong winds, creating ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality coffee renowned for its exceptional aroma and flavour.
Esther lives with her husband and children, nurturing a dream of seeing them succeed as professionals and become valuable members of society. A highly active and organised woman, Esther is a passionate coffee producer with a thirst for knowledge about coffee cultivation.
In 2025, Esther embarked on a journey to deepen her understanding of coffee harvesting and post-harvest techniques to produce the finest coffees in Peru. She finds immense satisfaction in sharing her success with her neighbours and family, knowing that her coffees are being exported and recognised by international roasters. This
