Shipping
Our aim at Rockhopper Roaster is to roast and ship your coffee as quickly as possible. As a micro roastery, we have the advantage of roasting little and often. If we don't have a bag ready to go, we will roast it there and then just for you. With this in mind, we aim to have your coffee packed and shipped within 48 hours of your order being placed. At this time, we are only able to ship to Mainland UK.

Packaging
Our mission is to achieve 100% recyclable/compostable packaging. Our pouches and shipping bags are 100% recyclable including the labels. Even our shipping materials and tape are recyclable. We recycle as much as we can at home too - spent coffee grounds and chaff are used in ours and our families garden. Drop us a message if you want to know more!

Costs
Our coffee is shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Retail orders over £18 qualify for free shipping. All orders in the PO19, PO21 and PO22 postcode will be hand delivered. To take advantage of this offer, enter your postcode in the Shipping section, then select your Shipping Method where Free Delivery will appear as a selectable option. If the selectable option does not appear - please use PERSONALDELIVERY as a discount code. (If this code is used outside of the delivery area, this order could get cancelled). There are no options to pick up locally at this time.
